2. Shipping

Generally, we will ship your order by Express Mail Service (EMS) directly from our warehouse in Japan to your shipping address.  Please note that

some special order items may require additional shipping arrangement.  

We will notify you of the cost of shipping upon receiving your inquiry or order. 

 

 Examples are:

 

1 scroll  to USA (or to Canada) ==> US$60

1 screen (35" x 71") to USA (or to Canada) ==> US$160

1 Wagaku (Japanese framed painting) to USA (or to Canada) ==> US$160

3. Method of Payment

Please chose one of the following methods.

Please send a Money Order or a Bank Draft by mail to the address below.  When we receive your payment in full, we will ship the art and receipt.

4. Other Charges

These scrolls and screens in the Red Maple Connection online gallery are duty free as they are the original works of art.  However, you may have to pay your provincial or states tax such as GST or HST depending on your country.  Please note that you are responsible to pay any customs charges and taxes levied by your country.

5. Return Policy

Please call us within one week of the delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase.  You may return the product with the original receipt for a full refund minus any bank charges.   Please take an extra care for re-packing, and ship back to Japan by air / international courier within one week.  Please pay the postage both way, from Japan to your address and your address to Japan.  We will let you know the shipping address in Japan when you contacted us.
